Key Skills:
> 15+ years of experience in Legal Consultation, Litigation Handling, Contract Management & Documentation, Statutory Compliance, Client Relationship Management, Team Management
> Proven expertise in handling Real Estate Law, Commercial & IT/ITES Contracts, Legal & Litigation Support.
> Responsible for drafting, reviewing, & negotiating real estate documents such as sale, lease, leave & licenses, etc
> An astute Legal expert with skills in structuring & implementing business/ legal strategy, to address complex commercial transactions, litigation, and regulatory inquiries.
> Must have minimum of 10yrs experience in handling US Real estate law and having onsite US work experience would be added advantage.
> Salary is not a constrain for the deserved candidate and the position is for Coimbatore location.
