commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents
.
Provide expert legal advice on the
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
, including resolution strategies and asset recovery.
Carry out in-depth
legal research and interpretation
of laws such as the
Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and IRDAI guidelines
.
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to resolve
compliance, regulatory, and investigation matters
.
Support
client negotiations, investor communications, and legal aspects of corporate structuring
.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
- Mandatory
Master of Laws (LL.M.)
- Preferred
3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
in relevant legal roles
