Job Description

Role: Senior Legal Associate

Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)

CTC: 10 - 15lpa

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients before the

Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals

, and other judicial/regulatory authorities. Conduct

legal due diligence

for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Manage and oversee

litigation and dispute resolution proceedings

to mitigate risks and achieve favorable outcomes. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of

commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents

. Provide expert legal advice on the

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

, including resolution strategies and asset recovery. Carry out in-depth

legal research and interpretation

of laws such as the

Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and IRDAI guidelines

. Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to resolve

compliance, regulatory, and investigation matters

. Support

client negotiations, investor communications, and legal aspects of corporate structuring

.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)

- Mandatory

Master of Laws (LL.M.)

- Preferred

3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

in relevant legal roles Strong

legal drafting and communication skills

Ability to manage

multiple assignments

under strict deadlines

Analytical mindset

with problem-solving capability Knowledge of

corporate laws, IBC, and financial regulations.
