: Senior Lecturer - Prosthodontics:The Senior Lecturer in Prosthodontics will be responsible for teaching, training, and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate dental students, with a focus on fixed, removable, maxillofacial prosthodontics, and implantology. The role involves contributing to academic development, research, clinical practice, and institutional activities.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver lectures, tutorials, pre-clinical, and clinical demonstrations in Prosthodontics.- Supervise and guide students in laboratory and clinical settings.- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods.- Actively participate in student assessment, examination, and feedback.- Provide clinical services to patients in the Prosthodontics department.- Engage in departmental research, publications, and conferences.- Contribute to institutional committees, community outreach, and professional development programs.Qualifications & Requirements:- MDS in Prosthodontics from a DCI-recognized institution.- Teaching and clinical experience (minimum 3 years post-MDS preferred).- Strong knowledge of modern prosthodontic techniques including digital workflows.- Evidence of research, publications, and academic contributions desirable.
