The Senior Lecturer in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, conducting research, and providing clinical supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Teaching:
Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of conservative dentistry and endodontics.
Develop and update course materials, curricula, and teaching methods to ensure the highest standards of education.
Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Clinical Supervision:
Supervise and guide students during clinical training and patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical protocols.
Conduct and oversee clinical procedures, including restorative treatments and endodontic therapy.
Research:
Initiate and conduct research projects in conservative dentistry and endodontics, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at national and international conferences.
Administrative Duties:
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
