Role
We are looking for an Instructional / Learning Experience Designer to join our Content Development team. This role reports to the Manager, Technical Training.
You will design and deliver interactive eLearning solutions in cybersecurity and technical training using advanced AI tools and modern instructional design methodologies. You'll optimize instructional strategies to meet diverse global learner needs while adhering to evolving cybersecurity standards.
What you'll do (Role Expectations)

• Design and deliver interactive eLearning solutions in cybersecurity and technical training using advanced AI tools and modern instructional design methodologies
• Develop captivating programs across formats such as eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), blended learning, videos, quizzes, assessments, and hands-on labs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to convert complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging, learner-focused content with visual storytelling and multimedia integration
• Create courses with authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Captivate, or similar, ensuring quality, branding, accessibility, and alignment with learning objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing instructional strategies to meet diverse global learner needs

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or a related field with 10-12 years of professional experience in content development
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory (ADDIE/SAM) and proven ability to design complex technical assessments and learning modules
• Strong professional editing and writing background, with the ability to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and grammatical precision
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, specifically the ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts to translate technical specs into educational content
• Proficiency in managing content within LMS platforms and a solid understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards for eLearning deployment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity, engineering, or cloud-based technologies like threat intelligence or incident response
• Hands-on proficiency with AI-driven content tools such as Grammarly AI or Adobe Sensei to enhance production speed and content quality
• Expertise in designing content for a global audience, focusing on readability, localization-friendly language, and accessibility (WCAG) standards
