As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, you are an integral part of Consumer Community Banking- Digital tech team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and develop scalable and resilient systems in a timely manner using Java or Python and JavaScript to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams\xe2\x80\x8b
• Design, write, comment and unit test code to confirm software modules are of the highest quality\xe2\x80\x8b
• Build Microservices that will run on the bank\'s internal cloud and the public cloud platform\xe2\x80\x8b
• Build UI using React , write test cases and deploy
• Collaborate with teams in multiple regions and time zones\xe2\x80\x8b
• Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews and other ceremonies, contribute to task completion and blocker resolution within your team\xe2\x80\x8b
• Handle critical and time sensitive concurrent tasks with supervision and properly escalate situations as appropriate\xe2\x80\x8b

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Proficient in both web development domains: the front end/UI development and the back end development
• Proficiency in multiple modern technologies such as: Java version 8+, Spring Boot, Restful Microservices, AWS or Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Angular, React, JavaScript, asynchronous messaging such as Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.
• Experience with Relational or NoSQL Datastores such as Cassandra, PostgreSql, GAIA Oracle Services, Graph Databases
• 10+ years of hands on experience as a software engineer with focus on modern Agile software delivery practices such as Scrum, CI/CD , DDD, TDD, and DevOps
• Knowledge of industry wide technology trends, best practices and experience mentoring teams to adopt new technologies
• Performance Testing experience with Blazemeter / JMeter and automation experience with Cucumber / Automated Functional Testing
• 3+ years of experience with User Acceptance testing and identifying issues including accessibility testing

• Experience with creating and influencing Domain Driven Design and implementation approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to present ideas, thoughts, and information clearly
• Possess strong communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
