Senior Lead - Projects

GENERAL SUMMARY

Project Manager will be responsible to manage organization of key Teamcenter projects. Participate and improve project processes that meet customer requirements, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT

• Responsibility will include delivering projects on time within budget and scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stake holders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress
• Use appropriate verification technique to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate system, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with client and all stake holders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Required Skills

• B.E/B.Tech preferably in Computer Science Engineering
• Experienced as project administrator in IT sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP is a plus
• Good verbal, presentation and technical writing skills
• Willingness to travel 20%
• Well versed with Agile Software Development, should have used tools like RTC to manage the entire projects executing multiple iterations/sprints

QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or MCA
• 4-8 years of Project Management skills in IT
