Who You Are

• Experience: 8-12 Years of experience
• Well versed in visualizations and their usage charts, tables, maps, filters, dropdown menus, hiding functions, interactive objects, pictures in Analytic application and stories.
• Excellent knowledge in configuration of live data and import data connections and data acquisition SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP S4HANA, SAP BO Universe, SQL, OData Services, Microsoft Excel and flat files, 3rd party Cloud applications
• Extensive experience in SAC data modeling and preparing datasets, merging, appending, custom hierarchies, custom calculations, groupings, formatting values, data wrangling, dimensions and measures
• Experience in creating stories canvas responsive, grid, Smart Discovery, advanced story designing blending data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, linked analysis
• Experience on BEx Query.
• Knowledge in configuring security and performing administration tasks such as defining users and teams and assigning roles and privileges are a plus

• Must have worked on transform business function requirements from SAP legacy BW systems to BW HANA platform.
• Should have wide experience as an SAP solution architect accountable for the design and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA capabilities supporting the Plan to Produce workstream, production planning and execution.
• Extensive experience in BW/4HANA end to end implementation experience.
• Work closely with business functions to understand and define system requirements, recommend SAP BW HANA technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Evaluate the current SAP BW HANA system capabilities to identify changes and determine the impact to business.
• Develop technical specifications/detailed design for BW HANA Technical Development of Data Modeling, HANA Calculation Views in Control Reports.
• Develop backend Bex Queries, Composite Providers in SAP BW HANA
• Design & develop frontend visualization tools and dashboards using Business Objects WEBI, SAP Lumira/SAP Analytics on Cloud
• Develop SAP HANA data model using ADSO, Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View
• Develop and enhance BW objects such as InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Insources/Data Sources, Master Data, Transformations, Update Rules, DSO, Extractors, Infosets, Aggregates, Process Chains, DTPs, User Exits, BADI and HANA objects like Schemas, Calculated, Analytical or Scripted Views using HANA Modeller.
• Lead the solution design, development and implementation of SAP BW HANA & Cloud solutions.
• Lead SAP HANA data modelling efforts and provide hands-on technical expertise on overall architecture, technical design, configuration, development and implementation of the SAP BI/BW and NATIVE HANA solutions.
• Serve as the Technical Owner and point of contact for approving the BW future state technical architecture of data models, reports for BW HANA specific solutions across projects.
• Co-ordinate communicating technical changes regarding BW HANA Analytics Solution Architecture & Design across business functions & projects.
• Oversee the delivery of BW HANA technical solutions by leading project teams in a matrix environment.
• Responsible for performance tuning of BW systems utilizing best practices.
• Provide guidance on BW HANA security setup and enforces data governance standards and processes
• Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for SAP BW Reporting production and development issues.
• Determine the BW architectural standards and right data ingestion approach from disparate source applications using different real time and batch enabling technologies into Native HANA.
• Develop and maintain the strategy for consolidating data for analytical applications and create conceptual and logical data models ensuring that uniformly recognized and accepted data definitions are developed and applied throughout the BW Solution Architecture.
• Be willing to drive HANA growth initiatives internally within Kyndryl.
• Demonstrates broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction; exerts influence during sales discussions with prospective customers.
• Proven experience of leading customer conversations for SAP conversion projects from SAP BW to BW/4 HANA.
• Ability to work E2E from solution architecture, design to development.
• Evaluate SAP roadmap, provide recommendations on tools, software, and implementation strategies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.

• Experience in full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through configuration, interaction with the development team, testing, training, deployment, and post launch support for future SAP conversion projects and/or new technology implementations.
• Strong functional and technical integration skills
