The Role

As a Sr Lead Product Manager, you will help develop features and strategies to inspire the next generation of mobile gaming, combining outstanding game design knowledge, analytical and a collaborative attitude. You execute quickly on decisions will help shape iterative success for the product portfolio. You will work with stakeholders and provide leadership to your team that will directly enhance the player experience, and shape long-term profitability of the portfolio of games our teams are responsible for. You will be reporting to Studios Director.

What you\'ll do:

• Lead, run and grow a team of product managers and analysts who are responsible for a portfolio of games.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to your team to drive product strategy for top mobile games.
• Responsible for the team health and engagement metrics of your team - happy teams make great games.
• Work with other senior product managers across EA Mobile to build partnerships and inspire creativity across our games and player experiences.
• Lead discussions and setting up teams for new engagements with leaders from other studios and game teams.
• Guide your team to make decisions to drive profitable outcomes across the portfolio of games we run from our studio while respecting our \xe2\x80\x9cplayer first\xe2\x80\x9d approach.
• Define important game features and mechanics that support the longevity, profitability, and vision of the product.
• Work with the design and other main disciplines to define the product requirements and specifications, and lead throughout the development process.
• Work with your team of Product managers and analysts to scope and prioritize feature development initiatives to maximize Return on investment.
• Work with your team to plan, prioritize and execute an in-depth analysis of the in-game economy, engagement, and monetization trends using data insights and experience to build strategic recommendations for improvement for a portfolio of games you lead.
• Track performance and communicate KPIs to key stakeholders and adjust designs/plans accordingly.
• Work with your team to grow in-game economy models for the games you are leading.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to define, test, and manage several pricing strategies that improve monetization across different spender types.
• Monitor trends and best practices, third-party tools/partnerships, and internal business intelligence.

You\'ll be a great fit if you have:

• You have 8+ years of experience in product management in consumer mobile games.
• Have 6+ years as a people manager leading a team responsible for multiple products/P&Ls
• Understand the mobile games industry and trends.
• Have the experience to manage a large team responsible for multiple products.
• Have had the experience being leader for a product or service of a sizeable P&L
• Experience with data-driven product design.
• Experience in defining product strategies, goals and roadmaps.
• Develop plans based on the business needs and the development cost.
• Experience in building and balancing in-game economies.
• Passion for mobile gaming with an understanding of the freemium model
• Ability to narrow down abstract problems into actionable recommendations.
