As a Senior Lead Engineer, you will take a central role in designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines for advanced engineering applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment, integration, and verification of software and systems, leveraging cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments. The role requires leadership in mentoring junior engineers, driving technical initiatives, and delivering high-quality solutions efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where your contributions directly enhance project execution, operational performance, and team capability. This position blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning and team guidance, providing a platform to make a measurable impact.
Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and deploy DevOps pipelines for complex engineering applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, verification, and application teams to define and implement tools and processes.
• Develop high-fidelity virtual integration and verification environments, including cloud-based solutions for accelerated testing.
• Lead development activities, provide technical guidance, and proactively manage tasks to meet project goals.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to build a competent and high-performing team.
• Participate actively in a global team environment to align engineering solutions with organizational objectives.
• Ensure best practices in system deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, and AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience building DevOps pipelines in complex technical applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and virtualization.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and global team environments.
• Familiarity with aerospace or high-reliability application domains is a plus.
