Job Requirements

We are looking for a

Lead Engineer for L2 with 10+ years of experience in Python, Shell, SQL Scripting, Automation and working knowledge of .NET, .NET Core and Cloud Platforms, preferably AWS,

having a strong ability to debug and resolve

complex and high-priority production issues

, and able to

lead the technical team

This role involves implementing permanent fixes, mentoring engineers, and addressing the most challenging problems under pressure.

openly collaborate with delivery teams, architecture, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

second-level and highest-priority production issues.

Perform

complex diagnostics, deep analysis, and fixes.

Develop and implement

automation requests and script fixes

for legacy components

.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to L1 and L2 engineers. Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to resolve major issues. Prepare incident reviews, postmortems, and improvement plans.

Open to working in shift if required

Skills:

Programming:

Python, Shell, SQL Scripting. Automation expert. Very good working knowledge of C#, .NET Core.

Environment:

Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, Git, CI pipeline, code reviews.

Support:

Experience in incident, problem change, and release processes.

Cloud:

Experience with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, AWS CloudWatch etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related disciplines. 8+ years of strong experience in application support with .NET Core and AWS. Familiar with cloud-native services and architecture (preferably AWS). Experience mentoring and guiding L1 and L2 engineers.

Soft Skills:

Ability to quickly debug, resolve, and respond to production issues under pressure. Collaborative team player who can handle responsibilities independently when required. Good communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and service delivery teams. Willingness to learn and adapt wo new technologies and responsibilities.
