We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

As a Solution Engineer, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within one (1) of the largest technology providers in the world. The Salesforce practice is a major contributor within the division and yet operates with qualities of an entrepreneurial start-up. Working to balance personal drive with teamwork, a typical engagement starts by keenly observing and assessing client architecture and business conditions for the purpose of rapidly developing solution approaches and estimating the costs to implement.

As the technical \xe2\x80\x9ctip of the spear,\xe2\x80\x9d successful Solution Engineers not only bring their technical expertise but leverage their depth of experience and business acumen to effectively communicate the value of proposed solutions. Solution Engineers support the client and the practice by providing leadership and direction to ensure solutions maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.

The ideal SE would have prior work experience as a Solution Architect and possess a strong business development focus.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Conduct client meetings to solicit the functional business requirements
• Assist the project team with writing a Solution Design documentation
• Create sales collateral including templates, a demo org library, specialty POVs and vertical accelerators
• Forecast resource plan across pipeline of sales activity
• Provide oversight and guidance in the implementation of a project solution
• Provide recommendation/validation of the implementation of Salesforce AppExchange products
• Provide recommendations/validations of a solution in terms of configuration
• Conduct solution design reviews for the project as necessary
• Manage and present financial model reviews to delivery leadership weekly for final approval and monitor sales progress across pipeline of sales activity

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 8+ years of experience implementing enterprise level projects in Salesforce.com / Force.com platform
• 8+ years of overall consulting experience
• 2 Years of experience creating solutions to business requirement Including 3 project implementations that leverage the full capabilities (client, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform
• 2 years of experience working with business and development teams to successfully design and manage solutions by creating solution design documents, requirement documentation, business process and workflow definitions and gap analysis
• Salesforce Certifications: Admin & App Builder, Advanced Admin, Sales, Service and/or Community Cloud at least one needed

Preferred Experience:

• Solution Architect experience with business development focus
• Expert understanding of Salesforce.com platform
• Expert understanding of the Salesforce Data Security/Sharing Model
• Expert understanding of the different Salesforce APIs and their specific usages
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ideal Mindset:
