:ResponsibilitiesPrincipal Global Services Private LimitedPosition: PGS LCGR - Compliance Sr. Process Improvement Analyst IPosition Title: Compliance Sr. Process Improvement Analyst (T5)Business Unit: PGS LCGR teamDate Written: 04/10/2025Position Purpose:Under supervision, Perform process improvement analysis and design on often complex efforts to meet business strategy, driving to exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. Limited oversight by leadership.Note:Essential Functions% ofTime Spentxc2xa7 Perform process analysis using business process management methodology, tools, and techniques and following industry standards (e.g. BPMN). Responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business process needs. Analyze current state and design holistic, customer-focused vision state across products and services. Make recommendations and influence implementation of targeted vision and interim states. Drive data solutions for process metrics and ongoing management of process health.xc2xa7 With industry awareness of current and emerging automation technologies, make optimal recommendations within business processes. Design and document the process to detail needed based on the targeted automation technologies.xc2xa7 Consult with key stakeholders and business partners, facilitate discussions, understand the strategic direction of the business, and influence decisions on future initiatives that will allow the business to meet their strategic goals.xc2xa7 Leads initiatives involving key business and IT stakeholders, as well as multiple communities. Collaborate across functional or multi-business units.xc2xa7 Contribute to organizational learning by developing and sharing best practices and taking action to facilitate improvements. Proactively monitor, recommend, and assist in implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies. Mentor others to drive business results. Use change management concepts and serve as a change agent.xc2xa7 Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.30201515155Know-How/Skill Sets/Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Business or Technical with emphasis in compliance, legal or other business related field required.Experience 6-8 years of experience in a process improvement or technology type of role Must have strong understanding of business process concepts Certification or educational background in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Process Design preferred. 1-2 years of related analytics, consulting, project management, or equivalent experience preferredSkill:Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and oral/written communication skills; strong group facilitation and elicitation skills Must be able to conceptualize, analyze, and understand complex problems and their organizational impact, as well as demonstrate creativity Must be able to build and maintain relationships, facilitate collaboration and communication, and work in a matrix environment while being adaptable, flexible, and maintaining big picture/conceptual thinking Demonstrates the ability to embrace and understand the change process and effectively guides others through change Knowledge of financial services is a plus Experience supporting and influencing both technology and business teams Must be able to work with people of all levels, including outside consultants and vendors Experience in leveraging automation technologies is a plus, such as IBM Business Process Manager and Robotics Process AutomationRequirements (Compliance):Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service at an acceptable cost to all customers, operate in an ethical manner in accordance with State and Federal law, the company's Corporate Code of Ethics, Affirmative Action, Diversity, employee handbook, applicable compliance and operations policies and procedures and other policies of the company.Possess a high degree of integrity and actively cooperate and interact with all entities of the Principal Financial GroupDimensions:Open to work in multiple shiftsReporting Relationship (Job Titles Only):This position reports to: LCGR Head of Operations & Modernization.Direct Reports: None
