Business improvement capability provide a holistic view across client s business strategies information requirements processes organization and technology to help them create validate and execute their business plans Managing large span and P L Delivery and ideally business development experience in business transformation High energy EQ and outstanding communication skills written oral Proven strong Operational rigor metrics management and data driven decision making skills Proven ability to lead develop and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth Creates and maintains a result oriented and positive collaborative culture within the engagement Strong analytical and problem solving skills to tackle complex business problems Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and experience of working in high pressure environment Establishes maintains and develops strong relationships across Management and verticals Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems Should have knowledge of tools like Workday and SAP etc
