Senior Lead/Senior Manager - C&B - 10+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
We're hiring a Compensation & Benefits expert to support the implementation of the end-to-end Total Rewards strategy. Responsibilities - * Design and develop compensation structures and C&B policies aligned with business goals.

• Manage budgeting, salary increment planning, and bonus programs.
• Analyze compensation trends, perform benchmarking, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Indian statutory benefits and compensation regulations.
• Support audits, introduce new benefits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements - * 13-14 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in core India-based Compensation & Benefits.

• Hands-on expertise in advanced Excel, data analytics, and reporting.
• Familiarity with PF, gratuity, statutory bonus, CTC structuring, and insurance.
• Experience in large service-based organizations (1000+ headcount preferred).
