About the team
You will be working in a dynamic, agile development team , developing treasury solutions.
What you will be doing
The position is part of a development team of around 7 people that has all the functional and technical skills necessary to delivery high quality functionality to our SaaS customers each sprint. Youll use your skills in continuous integration and delivery to automatically move newly developed functionality through a pipeline from development through to production, ensuring various quality gates are met. Youll both maintain existing, and develop new, processes and tooling. Youll work as part of a product team of 70, in a high change volume environment. Youll work closely with our Operations team. As well as working within an individual team, youll take a technical leadership role across the product group as a whole. Youll use up to date industry knowledge to provide innovative solutions to problems. Youll mentor less experienced colleagues, ensuring they grow their skills, and that their ideas and nurtured and developed.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification and / or professional experience in software development, testing.
Experience:
8+ years over all commercial development or operations experience
At least 5 years in the CI/CD or DevOps space
5 years professional coding experience
Skills
Mandatory:
Source control - Git (Bitbucket)
Continuous integration servers - Jenkins, Harness
Development stack - Windows and Microsoft .Net
Build automation and scripting - PowerShell, Groovy
Configuration automation - Chef
Deployment automation - Terraform
Cloud experience - Azure
Cloud environment automation - Terraform, PowerShell
Added bonus if you have:
Monitoring, and the building of highly observable applications - Jira, Teams, TeamCity, Blackduck, Checkmarx One, Artifactory, Sealights
Experience working in a SaaS environment.
Containerisation and Kubernetes
Exposure to Linux
Dynatrace
Qualifications
