Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Senior Specialist to manage design, development, and delivery of learning interventions for Chubb Business Services India (CBSI). The candidate should have a strong background in instructional design including creating content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions, substantial experience with end-to-end learning life-cycle management and delivery along with strong facilitation skills.
+ Conduct needs assessments and
analyse
data to identify training gaps and propose a learning
solutions
. + Design and develop content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions which include pre-during-post learning elements, assessments, gamification elements, interactive simulations, role-plays, case-studies and other innovative approaches.
+ Collaborate with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning interventions with business objectives and KPIs.
+ Manage end-to-end program delivery of all learning interventions in Bengaluru office.
+ Develop, monitor and track learning program budgets, timelines, and implementation plans.
+ Evaluate and report out effectiveness of learning interventions and take appropriate actions for improvement in future deliveries
+ Facilitate/Deliver/Manage all Professional, Leadership and Behavorial learning interventions in Bengaluru office
+ Build rapport and connect with key business and HR stakeholders in all Chubb offices (Bengaluru - Hyderabad - Bhubaneswar)
+ End-to-end Vendor Management for learning interventions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design or related field
+ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in learning and development
+ Strong design experience including creating best-in-class ppts, videos, gifs and other collaterals for impactful learning interventions
+ Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and latest learning tools and technologies for content creation + Excellent business communication, interpersonal, and project management skills (learning delivery)
+ Ability to work with velocity in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities and hard deadlines.
