We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished
Senior Lawyer
with extensive expertise in handling
legal and civil cases
. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian civil laws, legal procedures, and litigation strategies. The Senior Lawyer will represent the organization or clients in court, provide strategic legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and manage complex cases from initiation to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and lead
civil litigation matters
including property disputes, contractual claims, recovery suits, injunctions, case filing u/s 138 and other civil proceedings.
Provide
strategic legal advice
and opinions on complex legal matters to management or clients.
Draft, review, and vet
contracts, agreements, legal notices, pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents
.
Represent the company/clients before
civil courts, tribunals, arbitration panels, and government authorities
.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, paralegals, and support staff.
Conduct detailed legal research, case analysis, and interpretation of laws, precedents, and judgments.
Liaise with external law firms, counsels, and regulatory bodies for case coordination and representation.
Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and amendments affecting ongoing and potential cases.
Develop and implement
legal strategies
to protect the organizations or clients' interests.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in legal and corporate matters.
Manage case files, documentation, and timelines efficiently to ensure effective case tracking and closure.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
LL. B (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university. LL.M (Master of Laws) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in handling
civil and general legal matters
.
Licensing:
Must be enrolled with the
Bar Council of India
and eligible to practice law.
Expertise Areas:
Civil litigation, property law, contract law, company law, recovery suits, and arbitration.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for contracts and settlements.
Court procedures and case management
Skills & Competencies:
Have good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to lead legal teams and handle high-stake cases independently.
Proficient in MS Office and legal case management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in both
corporate and litigation environments
.
Proven track record of successfully handling high-value or complex civil cases.
Familiarity with arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
Experience advising corporate clients on compliance, contracts, and risk mitigation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
