Role Summary

As a Senior Laravel Developer at Nitwebs, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of innovative web applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for writing clean, scalable code. The ideal candidate must be an expert in

Laravel, core coding fundamentals, and server management

. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play an integral role in the full software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel development.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Tools & Practices:

Proficient in Git, Composer, npm, and modern development workflows.

Front-End Exposure:

Experience with frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular (preferred).

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.

Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Standards:

Strong commitment to writing secure, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust web applications using Laravel. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to define and deliver high-quality features. Write efficient, testable, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain applications to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate them. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, recommending enhancements to improve development efficiency and product performance.
