Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Lead

with 7-8 years of proven experience in the SaaS industry to take full ownership of the technical direction and execution of our large-scale SaaS product. You will work hands-on with modern technologies while leading the architecture, development, and optimization of the platform to ensure it remains fast, scalable, and bug-free.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical development of the SaaS platform. Architect, develop, and maintain core features using Laravel, Next.js, and React. Design and manage a scalable, secure AWS architecture. Identify and resolve product performance issues, UI/UX glitches, and bugs proactively. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, timely releases. Drive best coding practices, maintain clean architecture, and ensure technical excellence. Troubleshoot complex issues with a problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

7-8 years of experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record in product development and leadership. Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, Next.js, and React. Expertise in AWS cloud architecture (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.). Solid understanding of scalable system design, performance optimization, and application security. Database optimization skills (MySQL, MongoDB). Strong leadership and communication skills to guide developers and align technical goals with business needs.

Nice to Have

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
