Senior Laravel Developer
who has strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring project security and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using
Laravel.
Handle complete project development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
Lead and guide junior developers and manage the development team.
Ensure
application security
, data protection, and best coding practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Participate in meetings with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to clients and management.
Optimize application performance and maintain clean, scalable code.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Minimum
2+ years of experience
working with
Laravel.
Strong knowledge of
PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with
API integration
, database design, and optimization.
Good understanding of
security practices
(data protection, authentication, authorization).
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent
communication and client-handling skills.
Experience in
team handling and project management
is a must.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)-
Experience with Git/version control.
Knowledge of server deployment and hosting.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
