Language Production Lead (Senior)

Position Summary

As a Senior Lead, you will coordinate production activities for large or complex accounts, mentor junior leads and associates, and ensure that workflows are efficient and deadlines are met.

What You Will Do

Oversee production delivery for multiple projects or accounts. Provide guidance and training to junior leads and associates. Escalate issues and propose solutions to supervisors or PLMs. Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To Be Successful You Will Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 4-6 years of localization or production experience, including team coordination. Advanced knowledge of localization workflows and tools. Leadership skills with ability to mentor others. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
