Great Opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect with a leading real estate developer. The role will be responsible for leading the Landscape design vertical as part of the design team for premium residential and gated community projects.
Duties:

• Design Management of complete landscaping projects across all company projects
• Dealing with external consultants Support Consultant Strategy and Consultant Appointment Process including preparation of Design
• Brief, RFP, Comparative Statements, recommendation reports to top management.
• To monitor and review the work progress of the different consultants
• Design scope management
• Process and landscape project monitoring
• Support the HoD on documentation / presentation for submission of proposals to top management and other stake holders.
• Team management

• B.Arch. or Bachelor in Horticulture with 14-20 years working experience in Landscape architecture for real estate residential projects.
