Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor (Civil) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Land Surveys:

Conduct land surveys, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout surveys.

Data Collection

: Collect and analyze data, including GPS and CAD data, to ensure accurate survey results.

3.

Project Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project success.

4.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards.

5.

Survey Equipment

: Operate and maintain survey equipment, including GPS and total stations.

6.

Documentation

: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including survey reports, maps, and plans.

7.

Quality Control:

Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and precision of survey data.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.

2.

Licensure

: Licensed Land Surveyor in [state/country].

3.

Experience

: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

Skills

: Strong knowledge of surveying principles, GPS technology, and industry software, including Autodesk Civil 3D .

Attention to Detail:

High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and precision of survey data.

Pay: ?38,202.88 - ?45,805.78 per month
