Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee routine biochemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and urine analysis tests Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory protocols Maintain accurate documentation and sample traceability Train and guide junior lab technicians Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Coordinate with doctors, patients, and the front desk for test clarifications Maintain stock and inventory records

Qualifications

DMLT / B.Sc. MLT (required), M.Sc. MLT or related specialization (preferred) Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical lab Familiarity with automated analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopy Experience with NABL documentation/process is a plus Good communication skills in Tamil and English
