Position: Senior Lab Technician

Location: Nellore

Salary: 25000-30000

A Senior Laboratory Technician manages daily lab operations, conducts advanced tests, analyzes data, and provides guidance to junior staff. They ensure equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and high-quality research standards. Their role often involves collaborating with scientists and may include supervising others.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Testing & Analysis:

Performing complex laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and interpreting results using established procedures and potentially developing new methods.

Data Management & Reporting:

Accurately recording all data, maintaining records, and preparing reports based on experimental findings.

Equipment Management:

Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and coordinating repairs.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforcing safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized lab environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Supervision & Training:

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, potentially overseeing their work, and assisting in training new staff.

Collaboration & Communication:

Working with scientists and other team members, participating in experimental design, and communicating results effectively.

Inventory Management:

Managing laboratory supplies, ordering necessary materials, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Quality Control:

Ensuring the quality of experiments, results, and data, potentially including conducting quality control checks and addressing any issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
