Need experience in Bio-Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced laboratory tests and experiments with minimal supervision. Assist in designing and optimizing protocols for research or quality testing. Supervise and train junior lab technicians and interns. Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring timely completion of tests. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments; troubleshoot technical issues. Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of procedures and results. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO standards). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tele -calling staff, Phlebotomist, Clinical staff). Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies, chemicals, and reagents. Participate in internal and external audits or inspections.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field. MLT / DMLT/PGDMLT

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on laboratory experience, with a proven track record of working independently in NABL Laboratory. Must have faced audit of NABL.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
