Job Description

We are looking for Senior lab technician who can perform below task: * To be able to network and handle demanding jobs with Cross Functional team( Hardware, Applications, Firmware)

• Proficient in soldering, desoldering( SMD, TH, Fine pitch components like MCU, SOIC and Leadless packages)
• Proficient in using various Digital multimeters, Power Supplies, Power meters
• Have working knowledge to troubleshoot Fuses, equipments, in consultation with Hardware Design team
• Manage in spreadsheet, equipment list, ID, Equipment calibration and due dates.
• Manage Warranty, calibration certificate of equipments, ensure timely Equipment calibration with minimal to no disruption of tasks.
• Initiate conversations with vendors/ stocks in consultation with Sourcing team for demo / rent of :equipments on demand.
• Replenish lab consumables stock ( Fuse, SMT / Thru- hole Passives)
• Willing to travel locally( S P Road) or purchase online ( HW related consumables- wires)

Requirements

• Proficient in soldering, desoldering( SMD, TH, Fine pitch components like MCU, SOIC and Leadless packages)
• Basic knowledge of tools like multimeter, Oscilloscope ...etc.
• Good to have equipment calibration exp

Must -have Requirements:

• Proficient in soldering, desoldering( SMD, TH, Fine pitch components like MCU, SOIC and Leadless packages)
• Proficient in using various Digital multimeters, Power Supplies, Power meters
• Manage in spreadsheet, equipment list, ID, Equipment calibration and due dates.
• Willing to travel locally( S P Road) or purchase online ( HW related consumables- wires)
• He should be able to identify the resistor, Diode, capacitor, transistors.

Nice-to have Requirements:

• Manage Warranty, calibration certificate of equipments, ensure timely Equipment calibration with minimal to no disruption of tasks.
• Basic power electronics knowledge.

Skills Required
