Responsibilities
Supervise laboratory operations
Conduct and oversee routine lab tests
Assist in Ayurvedic diagnostic procedures (as applicable)
Maintain lab equipment and hygiene
Ensure quality control and safety standards
Maintain patient records and reports
Guide junior lab staff
5. Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT)
Minimum [X] years of experience (preferably in Ayurveda or healthcare setup)
Knowledge of basic pathology, hematology, biochemistry
Familiarity with Ayurveda hospital procedures is an advantage
Good leadership and communication skills

Shift-based / Day shift
Salary: As per experience
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
