Job Summary

Cyrix Healthcare is looking for a skilled

Lab Equipment Specialist

to handle

semi-automatic analyzers and hematology machines

. The role involves installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and end-user training to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Installation & Maintenance

Install, commission, and demonstrate

semi-automatic biochemistry analyzers and hematology analyzers

Perform

preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, and calibration

Ensure equipment accuracy and optimal performance

Technical Support

Provide

on-site and remote technical support

to diagnostic labs and hospitals Train lab technicians on

daily operation, maintenance, and safety procedures

Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for advanced technical issues

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain service reports, installation documents, and calibration records Ensure compliance with

NABL, ISO, and hospital quality standards

Manage warranty cases and spare parts documentation

Operational Support

Monitor equipment uptime and reagent usage Support application demos and audits when required Minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction

Equipment Knowledge Required

Semi-Automatic Biochemistry Analyzers Hematology Analyzers (3-part / 5-part) Reagents, controls, calibration, and QC procedures

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in

Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience working with

laboratory diagnostic equipment

Knowledge of lab workflows is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,230.92 - ?55,605.06 per month
