Job Description

We are looking for a Senior KYC Specialist to join our Compliance Team. The role reports directly to the AML and Onboarding Supervisor, performs the required Know Your Customer and Due Diligence procedures and verifies customer accounts. Responsibilities: Research databases & open source information Compile information and documents from a variety of sources Verify customers documents Ensure customer issues are resolved and measures are taken for them to be avoided in the future Communicate with the customers with regards to the documentation needed to conduct the KYC/CDD checks Ensure that processes remains effective by providing feedback/recommendations to the AML Supervisor for process/system changes Identify unusual activity and escalate it to the AML Supervisor for further investigation Ensure the documentation provided is sufficient to conduct the satisfactory KYC/CDD checks Work with the Payment Operations teams Ensure data safety Conduct CDD checks on the legal entities including the verification of the beneficial ownership Ensure the proper record keeping Act as an advisor on KYC/CDD related queries from the Compliance Team members and the Company Staff Advise on complicated/high-risk cases Advice product and engineering teams on the compliance tools and other compliance related matters Review the complicated potential ML/TF cases and request the relevant documentation Requirements Ability to work on a full-time basis Experience in Compliance Bachelor degree Very good English, both written and spoken Great analytical skills and extraordinary attention to detail Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills You ll be a quick learner and a problem solver You ll need to be based in Krak w or in the close vicinity (minimum 3 days of work from the office) Benefits: Lunch card - monthly allowance of 470 PLN Commuting allowance Luxmed for you and your family Gift voucher for your birthday Multisport card 10 additional days of paid maternity/paternity leave Training and language classes budget Employee Assistance Program (mental health support) Office in the city centre of Krakow Laptop of your choice - PC or Mac Massages in the office - once per week
