Maintain the long-term relationship with the partners to ensure mindshare management . Plan & execute various initiatives to ensure organization objectives are met . Planning and executing partner initiatives to increase share of business as per organization\'s goal by liaising with internal and external cross functional teams Relationship Management . Build long-term relationships with partners to ensure mindshare management . Creating partner roadmap/ vision along with business plan, proposing new product line, and implementing change in process to achieve higher efficiency in tandem with the leadership team . Regular engagement with the corporates and team through exchange of marketing mailers to ensure information symmetry & top of the mind recall Ensure Compliance . Regularly analyze the market trend, competition offering and strategize action plan accordingly to ensure seamless business . Work quickly to address and resolve partner issues MIS . Able to read & comprehend current MISs . Conceptualize & Create additional MIS to measure the success of initiative E Skills Required Technical . Good Knowledge of MS Office Behavioral .
