Coordinate with internal teams for

Support dealers in resolving
technical, service, and operational issues

Ensure adherence to
company policies, channel norms, and compliance requirements
.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of
dealer interactions, sales performance, and feedback
.
Prepare
periodic performance reports, forecasts, and review presentations
.
Share timely
market intelligence
with management.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong understanding of
solar products, applications, and channel sales
Proven experience in
key account handling within the solar industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and execution capabilities
Ability to manage multiple key dealer accounts independently
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
2 years of experience in Solar industry
