Senior Key Account Manager
will be responsible for developing the distribution and profitability of all key accounts within Travel Retail India. This includes building strong partnerships with key Purchasing Directors/Managers and local top management to monitor and enhance the distribution and retail visibility of the MH portfolio.
A critical aspect of this role involves possessing extensive knowledge of key travel retail segments and ensuring that the commercial and marketing strategy aligns with budget targets, ultimately achieving the sales and profitability levels set by MH Global Travel Retail.

How you will contribute...
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Develop the business strategy to meet sales, value market share and profitability.
Accountable for the business results (volumes, distribution, pricing, FTT/A&P expenses, Profit Contribution) and brands' equity for her/his markets/channel.
Prepare, propose, and implement brand plan and strategies by customer / region for each brand to achieve the agreed yearly commercial objectives.
Lead Joint Business plan with key stakeholders of each travel retail operators, aligning on short, mid & long-term plans, to nurture longstanding partnerships for sustainable growth of MH.
Manage commercial negotiations, marketing plans, investments, and partnerships for the MH portfolio, ensuring high-quality local execution.
Achieve agreed profit targets in a healthy P&L, while fostering the MH Portfolio brands' equity, awareness and desirability through the proactive and innovative management of allocated resources.
Continuously look for, and assess, new business opportunities within the region (new brands listing, distribution expansion).
Responsible for Pre-Budget/Budget/LE1/LE2/R&O
Work collaboratively with TR ME & India Finance & Operations Business Partner
Liaise and align with GTR counterparts in other regions and local domestic markets to support consistent strategies.
Reporting: Mid-Month Forecast, Monthly Sales report, Key customer performance
Business efficiency: optimize and monitor FTT/A&P/T&E budget monthly.
MARKETING, RETAIL & EDUCATION
Partner with Marketing, Retail & Education team to drive the planning of all marketing initiatives, with a strong shopper focus, to engage travelers across multiple platforms from retail opportunities to digital to increase the awareness of our brands.
Work with the marketing team to adapt marketing strategies and calendar to meet channel / operator's needs.
Work cross-functionally throughout the organization and region to ensure excellent execution of the sales plans.
Identify and secure marketing opportunities with operators to boost sales, and drive strategy execution through clear KPIs, budgeted action plans, and performance tracking.
Accountable for a consumer centric delivery of our brands, implementation of assortments per door, visual merchandising (planograms, signage etc..), flawless execution of activations and ensuring balanced stock on shelf.
Direct, train, motivate and communicate with retail managers, supervisors, and Brand Ambassadors to ensure product knowledge training in place and to maximize performance; challenge and analyze effectiveness. Set targets, supervise, evaluate and review team efficiency.
Market Intelligence: gather and analyze market information related to the industry (market size, domestic RSP, distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking) and propose ideas that drive market share and sell-in.
Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, sales, market trends, concessions, etc. and share information as appropriate.
Monitor retail prices and ensure that regional price strategies are maintained.
Develop and share best practices with the Organisation.
LOGISTIC / SUPPLY CHAIN
Strong coordination and communication with MH Distribution Centers for APO planification
Prepare latest forecasts to achieve agreed profit and financial goals
Monitor stock level and customer forecast for all customer operations
Payment/delivery: ensure proper service level to your customers

Minimum 7 years' experience in sales at international level ideally in Travel Retail and on Wines and Spirits Market
International business negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of key account management Middle East markets and Travel Retail
Good team management skills (retail specialists)

Solution and results driven, responsible and independent individual with high level of initiative
Highly motivated and target driven, with strong analytical skills
Excellent presentation and influencing skills combined with sound business acumen
