Job Title: - Design & Development Engineer (Sheet Metal Fabrication)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Design & Development team in Sheet Metal Fabrication. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design, development, and manufacturing of sheet metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Development: Oversee design and development of sheet metal products, ensuring quality and customer requirements. Practical experience of Blank development process is mandatory

2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality.

4. Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in sheet metal design and development.

3. Design Software: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk ).
