Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative and practical

architectural designs

for residential and commercial projects Prepare

conceptual drawings, design presentations, and detailed working drawings

Coordinate with structural engineers, civil teams, and contractors to ensure design integrity Review and modify designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams Ensure

compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

Visit project sites to

supervise execution and ensure design implementation

Maintain accurate records of project progress and architectural documentation Collaborate with 3D designers and visualization teams for walkthroughs and presentations

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) -

Mandatory

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office

Strong

visualization, drawing, and detailing skills

Knowledge of

building materials, construction methods, and local regulations

Good communication and project coordination abilities A

strong portfolio

showcasing design capability and previous projects Willingness to

travel to project sites

as needed Experience in

real estate, construction, or residential design

is a plus
