Scarlett Designs & Jewellery is a design-driven jewellery manufacturing company based in Salem, known for blending creativity, craftsmanship, and modern technology. We specialize in creating high-quality, elegant jewellery with precision and consistency.

We are currently looking for an experienced

Senior Jewellery CAD Designer

to strengthen our design and production team.

The Profile be like:

Develop

high-precision 3D jewellery CAD models

for plain gold, diamond, and stone-studded jewellery using advanced tools such as

Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, KeyShot, and SolidWorks

, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, tolerances, and stone settings. Translate

concept sketches, reference designs, and creative briefs

into production-ready CAD models, maintaining design aesthetics while ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency. Design and optimize

complex stone settings

including prong, pave, micro-pave, channel, bezel, invisible, and pressure settings, with precise stone alignment and secure seating. Prepare CAD models with correct

wall thickness, undercut control, draft angles, shrinkage allowance, and support structures

to reduce casting defects and rework. Conduct

pre-production feasibility checks

and collaborate with production, QC, and stone-setting teams to identify and resolve potential manufacturing challenges at the design stage. Create

variant designs

(size variations, metal color changes, stone size adjustments) efficiently while maintaining consistency across collections. Generate

rendered visuals and technical views

using KeyShot or similar tools for internal reviews, client approvals, and marketing reference. Maintain a structured

CAD design library

, ensuring proper version control, file naming standards, and secure archival of proprietary designs. Support and mentor junior CAD designers by reviewing their work, sharing best practices, and setting quality benchmarks for advanced CAD output. Stay updated on

emerging jewellery design trends, new CAD tools, and advanced manufacturing techniques

, contributing innovative ideas and continuous process improvement.

Eligibility & Experience

Any Degree or Diploma

(Design / Engineering / Relevant field preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience

in Jewellery CAD Designing. Strong hands-on expertise in

Rhino / Matrix / ZBrush / KeyShot / SolidWorks

. Proven understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and production constraints. Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense. Ability to visualize, conceptualize, and execute complex jewellery designs. Strong problem-solving skills and production-oriented thinking. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Clear communication skills to explain design concepts and modifications.
