Key Responsibilities

:

Lead the creation of original jewellery designs from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with current trends and timeless aesthetics.? Work closely with marketing, production, and merchandising teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and meet business objectives.? Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to inform design direction and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.? Present design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the vision and rationale behind each piece. Mentor and guide junior designers, & CAD team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the design team. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Minimum of 8 - 10 years in jewellery design, with a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of styles.? Skilled in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix) and traditional hand-drawing techniques.? Strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes. Ability to convert concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications.?
