JD:

Mode of Selection: Coding Test + 3 Technical Virtual Video Interview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior JavaScript Developer to join our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JavaScript and modern frameworks using React, and a strong understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using JavaScript and modern frameworks.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Have 8+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development using React.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with at least one major framework: React.

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Hooks).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Proficient with version control systems like Git.

Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.

Location: Remote (Candidate has to visit Bangalore Office for 3 weeks in every 4 months, client will do all expense)

Budget: 9 to 12 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
