Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced

Senior Java Developer

to join our engineering team. The role requires strong expertise in

Core Java

,

Spring Framework

,

Spring Boot

, and

Microservices architecture

, along with solid experience in building and consuming

RESTful APIs

. The ideal candidate should also have strong database skills, including

PostgreSQL

and

PL/SQL

, with the ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries and stored procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using

Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot

. Build, deploy, and manage

microservices

with robust integration through

REST APIs

. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. Optimize application performance, reliability, and security. Work closely with database administrators and engineers to design, query, and tune

PostgreSQL databases

and

PL/SQL procedures

. Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on Java development experience

. Strong proficiency in

Core Java, OOP principles, multithreading, and collections

. In-depth knowledge of

Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices

. Experience designing and consuming

RESTful APIs

. Solid expertise in

PostgreSQL

and

PL/SQL

, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning. Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control (Git). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

. Knowledge of

message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

. Exposure to

front-end technologies

(React, Angular) is a plus.
