: Senior Java & Spring Boot Engineer (GraphQL & AI Code Testing Tools)



Overview



We are seeking 10 highly skilled software engineers (5-8 years hands-on experience specifically in relevant technologies) to join a migration project focused on customer service platforms. The initiative involves unifying and transitioning existing RESTful data architectures to a modern GraphQL ecosystem. This is a hands-on, collaborative engineering role requiring deep technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively across teams.



Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, test, and evaluate software and systems enabling computer applications, applying principles of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.



Research & develop computer software systems with hardware integration, collaborating closely with hardware engineers to meet interface, operational, and performance requirements.



Analyze software requirements to assess feasibility regarding time and cost constraints, and recommend effective solutions.



Formulate and design software systems using scientific analysis, mathematical modeling, and outcome prediction techniques.



Lead and execute software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation, utilizing modern best practices and AI-powered code testing tools.



Engage directly with customers for requirements, support, and post-deployment maintenance.



Coordinate software installation activities and support a smooth migration leveraging GraphQL within a customer service tool setting.



Communicate and collaborate proactively across engineering teams, departments, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.



Required Skills & Experience



5-8 years of hands-on development experience specifically in:



Java & Spring Boot (backend development, REST/GraphQL API design, integration)



GraphQL (schema design, implementation, ecosystem migration experience)



AI-powered code testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube, Copilot, or similar advanced automated testing/analysis platforms)



Strong working experience in software migration projects, especially transitioning REST APIs/data systems to GraphQL.



Demonstrated ability in requirements analysis, scientific/engineering modeling, and system architecture for customer service applications.



Solid understanding of software-hardware interfaces, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.



Excellent communication skills: able to articulate technical concepts, share insights, and connect effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.



Proven record of collaborating on complex projects within large organizations.



Experience in documentation, customer-facing support, and installation coordination.



Nice-to-Have



Familiarity with customer service technologies, CRM platforms, helpdesk solutions, or related toolsets.



Exposure to cloud deployments, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.



Certification in Java, Spring, and/or software testing methodologies.



Education



Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field (required). Not mandatory but hands on experience is must.
