Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced

Senior Java Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

enterprise application development, team leadership, and technical training

. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications, mentoring teams, and preparing detailed project documentation and real-time case studies.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain

enterprise-level Java full stack applications

Work extensively with:

Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

RESTful APIs & Microservices architecture

Frontend development using:

Angular / React / Vue.js

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript Database management:

MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB

Implement secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions Code review, optimization, and best practices enforcement
Team Leadership & Management

Lead and mentor a team of developers Assign tasks, review deliverables, and track progress Conduct technical discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders Guide junior and mid-level developers technically
Training & Mentorship

Conduct

technical training sessions

for freshers and experienced developers Prepare training materials, hands-on exercises, and real-time examples Mentor teams on

coding standards, architecture, and design patterns

Support knowledge transfer and upskilling initiatives
Documentation & Case Studies

Prepare and maintain:

Project Requirement Documents (PRD)

System Design Documents (SDD)

API Documentation

User Guides & Technical Manuals

Create

real-time project case studies

for internal training and client presentations Document best practices, reusable components, and lessons learned
Required Skills & Qualifications

10-15 years of

hands-on Java Full Stack development experience

Strong expertise in: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Frontend frameworks (Angular/React) Experience with

DevOps & CI/CD

(Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes - good to have) Strong understanding of

SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proven experience in

leading teams and training developers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on

large-scale enterprise or ERP applications

Exposure to

cloud platforms

(AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience in client interaction and technical presentations Background in

corporate training or academic mentoring

Pay: ?430,138.32 - ?1,742,723.99 per year
