About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Java Backend Developer

with strong expertise in building scalable applications using

Spring Boot and Microservices

architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of backend development while also being comfortable working with modern

UI frameworks

. This role is best suited for a developer who is passionate about clean coding, scalable systems, and is eager to work on challenging projects in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

backend services and REST APIs

using

Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design

end-to-end scalable solutions

. Implement

secure, high-performing APIs

and ensure adherence to best practices. Work with

UI frameworks

(AngularJS/ReactJS/NodeJS, Bootstrap, Spring Framework) to support front-end integration. Optimize applications for

performance, scalability, and security

. Develop reusable and modular components leveraging

OOPs concepts and design patterns

. Perform

code reviews, unit testing, and debugging

to ensure high-quality deliverables. Work on

SQL databases (PostgreSQL)

including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams for deployment and monitoring. Keep up to date with the latest trends in

backend, frontend, and microservices

development.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience

in

Java Backend Development

. Strong expertise in

Core Java (8+)

,

Spring Boot

,

Spring Framework

,

Microservices architecture

,

JPA/Hibernate

, and

REST APIs

. Solid experience in

SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

with ability to write optimized queries. Strong

OOPS fundamentals

with exposure to

AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap

. Knowledge of

modern JavaScript frameworks and tools

including: ES6/JavaScript 6 Babel 7 Redux, Redux Middleware, Redux Axios Webpack 4 Expertise in

front-end basics

: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery. Strong understanding of

microservices design patterns

, distributed systems, and API security. Experience in

debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization

.

Nice to Have

Exposure to

Azure Cloud Services

(App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management, etc.). Understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

and

DevOps practices

. Experience in

Agile/Scrum

environments.
