We are looking for a

Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead

with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in

Java Spring Boot

,

Microservices architecture

,

MongoDB

, and

Kafka

, along with proven experience in

leading technical teams

.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable microservices. Drive adoption of

Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

and

event-based architecture

across modules. Architect and implement

high-performance

,

resilient

, and

scalable

systems. Manage integrations with

Kafka-based event streaming systems

. Design and maintain

MongoDB

data models for optimal performance and scalability. Guide team on

CI/CD

,

DevOps practices

, and

Git/GitSAS branching strategies

. Ensure delivery of high-quality code and adherence to

Agile methodologies

. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet

time-sensitive deliverables

. Ensure a clear understanding of the

SDLC

within a DevOps environment. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on development experience in

Java

, especially

Spring Boot

and

Microservices

. Strong knowledge and working experience with

Apache Kafka

and

MongoDB

. Proven experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams. Expertise in

CI/CD tools

,

DevOps culture

, and

Agile development

. Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking. Fast learner with the ability to scale up quickly in new domains and technologies. Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and to the point.

Good to Have:

Exposure to container orchestration tools like Docker/Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Contributions to open-source or tech community.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
