About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Java Developer

with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team in

Bangalore

. This role involves working on large-scale applications, building scalable backend solutions, and collaborating across teams to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications. Build robust and scalable backend services using

Spring Boot

and

microservices architecture

. Design and develop APIs for integration with frontend and third-party systems. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams. Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in

Java

development. Proficient in

Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA

. Experience in developing

RESTful APIs

and working with

microservices

. Strong knowledge of

SQL

and experience with databases like

MySQL, PostgreSQL

, or

Oracle

. Familiarity with

Git

,

Maven/Gradle

, and

CI/CD pipelines

. Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred (Good to Have):

Hands-on experience with

Docker

Kubernetes

, and cloud platforms (

AWS

GCP

). Exposure to

message queues

Kafka

, etc. Understanding of
