As a senior developer,

-- Owns and delivers complex features

-- Sets the standard within a team for technical excellence, quality of work and timely delivery.

--Proactively removes delivery impediments and keeps the team productive

Should have growth mindset, proactive, responsible for work, quick learner and good team player.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll need experience in:

Working experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, pair programming

First-class English-language communication skills

Java (jdk 8+) development experience and related technologies

Should have good knowledge on Kafka, Spring Boot

Good knowledge in Sql & Pl-Sql especially Oracle Database

Good experience in Jasper reports.

Good knowledge on Design patterns, Refactoring

Should do code review and conduct design discussions.

Guide junior developers.

It would be great if you had some of these too: Knowledge on Kafka Cloud and Kubernetes.
