About the Role

Pentoz Technology is looking for an experienced

Senior Full Stack Lead Java Developer

to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications for our client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications for iDeal and DM platforms. Implement

scalable, secure, and optimized

backend and frontend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Drive

CI/CD adoption, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps practices.

Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and professional growth. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in a timely manner. Stay updated with modern Java versions and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills & Experience

Frontend:

Angular, JavaScript

Backend:

Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate

Databases:

SQL & NoSQL

Architecture:

Microservices, Event-driven architecture

APIs:

RESTful APIs, GraphQL

Security:

OAuth 2.0, JWT, Secure coding practices, OAuth grant types

AI/ML Integration (Plus):

Deeplearning4j, DJL, TensorFlow Java API, Spring AI

Cloud & DevOps:

AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines

Tools & Testing:

Postman, Jira

Software Engineering:

Strong knowledge of

DSA, algorithms, and design principles

Cloud-native Development

with modern Java versions

Qualifications

10+ years

of professional experience in full stack Java development. Proven track record in

leadership or senior developer roles.

Deep expertise in the

Spring ecosystem

and microservices-based architecture. Hands-on experience in both

frontend and backend development.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design solutions for complex systems. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent execution with minimal supervision. Familiarity with

AI/ML integration in Java

applications is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
