About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Java Backend Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust services, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using

Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices

. Work with

Kafka

for distributed messaging and data streaming. Implement efficient

multithreading

and concurrency solutions. Write unit and integration tests using

JUnit

and other testing frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Deploy and manage applications on

AWS or Azure

cloud environments. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to team best practices.

Required Skills:

Java 8+

expertise with strong OOP concepts Proficiency in

Spring Boot

and RESTful APIs Solid understanding and hands-on experience with

Microservices architecture

Experience with

Kafka

for event-driven architecture Strong in

Multithreading and Concurrency

handling Familiarity with

JUnit

and test-driven development Experience with

AWS or Azure

(either is acceptable) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience in Agile development environments Exposure to CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and monitoring tools is a plus

Additional Information:

This is a full-time opportunity with weekend interviews scheduled on

27th & 28th September

. Candidates must be based in

Pune

or willing to relocate.
