Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced

Senior IT Technician

with strong skills in

BPO dialer management, computer hardware assembling, and network setup/maintenance

. The candidate will handle escalated IT issues, maintain infrastructure, and ensure smooth technical operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate

VICIdial/GoAutoDial/ICT

(Dialer experience is mandatory). Create campaigns, agent IDs, upload lists, monitor dialer performance. Assemble, configure, and maintain

computers, servers, and hardware

. Install and maintain

network connections, cabling, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP

. Configure

firewalls, routing, and switching

for performance and security. Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and hardware issues. Act as the

primary escalation point

for all IT-related issues. Maintain IT inventory, procure equipment, and coordinate with vendors/ISPs.

Requirements

5-7 years

of IT support experience (BPO preferred). Strong knowledge of

dialer systems

(mandatory). Expertise in

hardware assembling, system troubleshooting

, and network setup. Good understanding of

LAN, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, firewalls

. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
