Job Title: Senior IT Technical Recruiter (Night Shift Only)

About the Role:
Navitas Partners, LLC is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for US-based healthcare clients, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor Junior Recruiters in tasks such as 2nd-level closing, interview scheduling, candidate submission on client portals, and handling tasks in the manager's absence.
Manage healthcare recruitment requirements based on client needs.
Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Source and screen potential candidates using internal databases, job portals, postings, and networking.
Post vacancies on portals and match candidate profiles on technical grounds.
Close candidates, submit them on portals/managers, and schedule interviews.
Edit and format resumes for visual and technical perfection before presenting to clients.
Maintain candidate relations regarding submittal progress, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in US Staffing industry, consulting firms, or contract-to-hire agencies.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, negotiation, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Proficient in sourcing candidates through portals and vendors.
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Strong understanding of technology and associated skill sets.
Self-motivated with high achievement orientation, able to deliver results under pressure.
Comfortable commuting independently and working night shifts.

Any Graduate
